Securing your wedding date
Upon receipt of deposit, Leanne Perilly will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the reservation deposit of the coverage is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for any reason: including acts of God, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The reservation deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract. The reservation deposit is applied towards the contracted Make-up package.
In the event the client cancels the contracted for Make-up services outlined in this contract before the wedding ceremony takes place, the deposit will be forfeited and the following cancellation payment structure will apply:
4 weeks prior to the Event – full payment to Leanne Perilly
From 60 days or less prior to the Event – 50% of remaining final payment to Leanne Perilly
12 weeks or longer – £50 reservation deposit.
In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural or other emergencies, it may be necessary to obtain an alternative Make-up Artist. Leanne Perilly will make every effort to secure a replacement make-up artist of the same professional standing and ability and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract as the same/similar tariff. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

Any special offer rates agreed with Leanne Perilly at the time of booking will be for a specific service and are non-transferable.
Full and final payment is payable by the Client on
(2 weeks prior to the wedding date).
Failure to pay the fee to Leanne Perilly before the event as set out in the Agreement will result in the event being cancelled.
The final payment will be reduced by the £50 reservation deposit.
The Trial is to be paid for at the time the trial takes place.
Allergies / Hygiene
The Client must inform Leanne Perilly of any issues that may affect the use of any products or equipment, including, but not limited to allergies, sensitivities and medical conditions. Leanne Perilly cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to failure to inform her or assistant Make-up Artists of any known conditions.
Leanne Perilly ensures that all make-up brushes, equipment and products are kept sanitary and sanitized after each makeup application. The Client should report all skin conditions, including, but not limited to allergies, sensitivities and medical conditions prior to application. If needed a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
The Client(s) agree to release Leanne Perilly Make-up Artist from any liability to skin complications due to allergic reactions.
The Client agrees for Leanne Perilly MUA to use any photography for publicity purposes which may include, but not limited to Leanne Perilly MUA website and social media pages.
Leanne Perilly is not liable for any of the suppliers recommended. Public Liability Insurance is held by Leanne Perilly Make-up Artist and her assistants which covers all venues. Leanne Perilly is limited by the guidelines of the reception venue management.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, the validity of this agreement as a whole shall not be affected, and the other provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
