Wedding dress:

Markle’s dress was designed by Clare Waight Keller, designer at Givenchy. Meghan chose to work with Keller because of her ‘timeless and elegant aesthetic, impeccable tailoring and relaxed demeanour’’, said Kensington Palace. Meghan’s dress was timelessly gorgeous, it accentuated her figure perfectly and showcased her elegance. The white gown has a boat neck that framed her shoulders and three quarter length sleeves that her emphasised her slim figure.

Kensington Palace released the initial design sketches of the dress:

Meghan wore a five metre-long veil which complimented her dress beautifully. The veil included floral details ad every single flower was unique, each floral design represented all 53 countries of the Commonwealth (a central part of Meghan and Harry’s official work.)

The tiara:

Many modern brides choose to opt for a hair accessory such as, a tiara, a hairband or flowers. Of course Meghan chose a beautiful diamond tiara to hold her veil in place. This tiara added sparkle to her overall outfit, her dress was simplistic and her diamond tiara was the perfect accessory. At the centre of the tiara there is a detachable brooch with 10 beautiful diamonds, which was given to Queen Mary in 1893 as a wedding present. The brooch was made into a tiara in 1932. As well as 10 shining diamonds, the headpiece included diamonds and platinum in 11 sections. To complete this look, Meghan wore earring and a bracelet made by Cartier.

Everyone can look and feel like a princess on their wedding day, it does not matter whether you are getting married in Windsor Castle or a bespoke venue in Chelmsford, your day can be magical and special for you and your significant other.
